Never Received Order

Although I received email notification that my order had been delivered, I never actually received the order. It was marked as delivered to/by my mailbox, but it was neither there, nor my front door, nor at any of my neighbors’ mailboxes or front doors. Disappointing because I was very excited about the sweatshirt I ordered. I emailed the shop about it too with no response.
